Biography
My research focused on developing mathematical models that provide scientific principles and tools to improve the performance of manufacturing, service operations and supply chains. I am particularly interested in developing easy-to-implement and cost-effective practices (e.g., control policies, design principles) for problems whose optimal control is not practical, or it is not computationally feasible. I currently serve as Associate Editor for Management Science, Operations Research, IIE Transactions, and Naval Research Logistics.
